Some thoughts on compensation
I am not a HR professional and neither do i know much on the theory of compensation or such stuff.
While working one does realise why "compensation" is so called.
It means that the company is compensating your potential by offering you a salary for doing the work that you do.
If one was paid for work the official term should be "pay" not compensation, what say?
